Join a Beginner or Practice contest

How long each step takes
- Install: 3 to 5 minutes on Android, 5 to 7 on iOS
- Verify phone: under 1 minute
- Pick the match: 2 minutes
- Build the XI: 8 to 12 minutes for a first-time reader
- Join a Beginner contest: 1 minute
- Run the KYC + withdrawal test: 22 to 26 hours for KYC, 5 to 15 minutes for the UPI credit
Common first-time mistakes

- Forgetting the vice-captain slot. The slot defaults to the most expensive player if left empty
- Skipping the state-eligibility screen and finding the first deposit blocked
- Depositing before setting a deposit limit
State rule Paid entry is restricted in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, Nagaland. The app enforces the list at sign-up and again at first deposit. Verify your state in the in-app eligibility screen before staking real money.

The five-step path, with the questions that come up at each step
Step one is install. The verified APK is on the /app/ page and the verified TestFlight link is requested from the in-app Help tab. iOS readers on the App Store will see a "not available in your region" message, which is expected; TestFlight is the route for iPhone.
Step two is verify your phone. One-time OTP to the registered mobile number. If you change devices, the OTP goes to the new number and the wallet, KYC, and team draft travel with the verified account, not with the device. The /login/ page covers the second-device sign-in flow.
Step three is pick a match. The home tab lists upcoming fixtures with start time, contest pool size, and entry fee tier from ₹3 to ₹10,000. New accounts default to ₹11 entry until the slider is moved. The first contest you enter is a useful rehearsal for the points system and the captain multiplier on /how-to-play/.
Step four is build your XI. The salary cap is 100 credits. Role limits are 1 wicketkeeper, 1 to 4 batters, 1 to 3 all-rounders, and 3 to 6 bowlers, with team-specific variants for shorter formats. Pick the captain (2x) and vice-captain (1.5x) last, because the multiplier decision is the one that changes the leaderboard on /points-system/.
Step five is join a contest. Practice contests are free and pay no real money; they exist to rehearse the team-selection logic. Head-to-head contests are short-field duels against one opponent. Mega contests are large-field with a top-cut payout structure. Beginner contests are entry-capped and exclude experienced players; they are the safest first step with real money.
After the contest, withdrawals route through UPI to your verified bank account after the first KYC pass. We do not publish a "first-deposit bonus" claim that the in-app Promotions tab does not surface. We do not publish a "guaranteed win" line that the in-app Contest Rules screen does not support. We do not publish a step beyond the seven-step walk-through.
