Responsible play

Deposit limits, timeouts, and self-exclusion on myteam11

The responsible-play path is inside the app under Profile, then Responsible Play. The entry below lists the deposit-limit structure, the timeout options, and the self-exclusion window.

Deposit limits

Deposit limits can be set per day, per week, or per month. The limit applies to all deposits on the account and persists across sessions. A limit can be tightened immediately; a relaxation has a 7-day cooling-off window to prevent impulsive relaxation during a losing streak.

Timeouts

A timeout temporarily disables the account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a timeout, the account cannot enter contests, cannot deposit, and cannot withdraw above a small daily allowance. A timeout is reversible; a self-exclusion is not.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion disables the account for 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. During the exclusion window, the account cannot be re-opened and the wallet balance is withdrawn to the registered bank account. The exclusion applies across all devices and all registered mobile numbers on the same device fingerprint.

External help

The India Help Line (Mental Health and Behavioural Addictions) is the external reference for any reader who needs support beyond the in-app tools. The number is published inside the in-app Help tab under "Responsible play". The desk does not publish the number publicly because the line rotates and a stale number is worse than none.

Under-18 protection

An account registered with an under-18 date of birth is closed and any balance below the withdrawal threshold is forfeited. The publisher enforces the rule at sign-up by collecting the date of birth; an account that later turns out to be under-18 is closed on the next review cycle.

State rule Paid entry is restricted in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, Nagaland. The app enforces the list at sign-up and again at first deposit. Verify your state in the in-app eligibility screen before staking real money.

Deposit limits, timeouts, self-exclusion, and the help line

The in-app settings screen hosts the four graduated responsible-play tools: deposit limit, session timeout, self-exclusion, and account closure. The four tools are ordered from least to most restrictive; the reader chooses the tool that matches the intended change. Closure is irreversible from inside the app; the other three are reversible.

Deposit limit sets a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month. The limit applies to deposits, not to contest entries; a reader with a ₹500 daily deposit limit can still enter contests up to the wallet balance. The limit can be tightened immediately and loosened after a 24-hour cooling-off window.

Session timeout logs the reader out after a chosen idle period. The default is 30 minutes; the reader can shorten it to 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes. The timeout applies to the in-app session only; the web session across these guides has its own timeout controlled by the cookie preferences.

Self-exclusion blocks the account from sign-in for a chosen period, from 24 hours to permanent. During the exclusion period, the reader cannot sign in, cannot enter contests, cannot deposit, and cannot withdraw (the wallet balance is locked until the exclusion ends). The exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period; the reader can extend it but cannot shorten it.

The India help line for gambling-related support is published on this guide and inside the in-app settings screen. The help line is operated by an external service and is not affiliated with the operator; the writers publishes the contact because the desk considers it part of the responsible-play toolkit.

What remains stable across the responsible-play tools: the four graduated steps, the in-app settings screen as the control surface, and the India help line as the external support route. The specific limits, timeouts, and exclusion periods can shift between operator updates; the framework does not.

Editorial methodology for the responsible-play page

Below is the responsible-play reference for the myteam11play.com editorial team. Published because this guide covers a real-money product, and the editorial team has a duty to publish the eligibility rules, the self-exclusion path, and the help-line contacts. The methodology is the same as every other page on this guide: name the source, name the verification date, and do not invent a help-line number.

For the 18+ rule, the source is the Indian Information Technology Act 2000 and the state amendments applicable to fantasy contests. The rule is enforced inside the myteam11 app at sign-up; the guide does not paraphrase the rule but links to the /is-legal/ canonical reference.

For the seven-state restriction, the source is the in-app sign-up flow and the Public Gambling Act 1867. The seven states are Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, and Nagaland. The /is-legal/ page is the canonical reference; this section does not duplicate the state list.

For self-exclusion, the source is the in-app Help tab's self-exclusion path inside the app. The desk does not promise a specific timeline; the path is what the reader must use. The guide links to the /customer-care/ reference for any in-app friction.

For help-line contacts, the source is the iCall Psychosocial Helpline at 9152987821 and the Vandrevala Foundation Mental Health Helpline at 1860-2662-345. Both lines are available in India. The desk does not publish a US-only or UK-only line because this guide is targeted to Indian readers.

For what the editorial team does, the answer is publish guides, reference tables, and editorial methodology for the myteam11 product brand. The desk does not run contests, does not hold the player wallet, and does not process deposits. The responsible-play page is published in the editorial spirit, not as a regulatory compliance document.

Update cadence: reviewed when the state list changes, when a help-line number changes, when the in-app self-exclusion path changes, or when we add a new responsible-play reference. The review date is in the footer of every page in this guide.

What this desk does not publish

The responsible-play page does not publish a help-line number that the desk has not verified. The desk does not publish a self-exclusion path that the in-app Help tab does not surface. The desk does not publish a deposit cap that the in-app settings does not enforce.

The desk does not publish a clinical recommendation for a problem gambler. The desk does not publish a recovery programme that the desk has not endorsed. The desk does not publish a "cure" for a financial problem that the editorial team has not adopted.

The desk's role is the editorial reference. The help-line's role is the clinical support. The two roles are separate; the desk does not provide clinical advice, does not replace the help-line's intake, and does not substitute its editorial coverage for the help-line's support. The verified entry route is at /app/.
